ON THE DAY OF YOUR RENTAL
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your rental time to review operation of the vessel. If you are late we cannot adjust your rental start or end times.
An understanding of how to operate the boat once on-board is also necessary. If you do not have enough experience, you will not be able to rent the boat. It is essential for the safety of everyone in the rental group that the driver understand the safety information and operational instructions provided for them.
If you cannot understand or communicate fluently with the staff at Daily Boat Rental, we cannot rent you the boat. We cannot rely on an interpreter to give you important instructions in the event of an emergency or breakdown.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if in the opinion of our staff a question exists regarding their ability to understand and follow the rules, regulations, safety instructions, laws and/or operational characteristics.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Towels, sunscreen, hats, etc The USCG requires all children six years or younger to wear a life vest at all times while aboard a boat. Due to Covid-19 protocols, Daily Boat Rental does not supply life vests for children under 13 years of age.
You can bring food and drinks aboard and we will provide you with a small cooler and one bag of ice.
Fishing equipment is ONLY permitted on our center console boat models. Spear guns are not permitted on any of our boats at any time. We do not allow pets or grills on board our boats.
You may bring inflatable lounge tubes and rafts; however, we do not permit towing of any equipment behind the boat. You must have a working cell phone with you at all times. We recommend bringing a zip-top plastic bag to hold your phone, wallet and car keys. If you are eating and drinking on board the boat, we recommend that you bring a trash bag for your garbage. A clean-up fee can be assessed if the boat is returned in excessively dirty condition.
